Empowering Students: Join Our Team as a SEND Teaching Assistant

Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd is committed to providing a supportive environment for students with special educational needs. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in empowering students aged 4-18 who face various challenges, including Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH), ASC/ASD, Learning Difficulties, Behavioural Disorders, and Learning Disabilities.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will contribute to this mission by:

  • Leading classroom activities and outdoor experiences
  • Supervising children during lessons and activities
  • Building strong relationships with students and helping them overcome their challenges
  • Contributing to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience supporting SEN students
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs
  • Resilience and dedication to supporting students with varying levels of need
  • A degree in psychology or a related field (desirable)
