Job Description

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced chef who can lead our kitchen team to deliver exceptional results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our busy kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food in line with our high-quality standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and specials.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a close-knit team.
