Protocol Education Ltd is searching for a Young Learners Development Coach to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and inspire them through sports and physical activities.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for recent sports graduates looking to make a difference in education. As a Young Learners Development Coach, you will work closely with teachers to provide learning support and engage students through sports and physical activities.

You will assist teachers with general classroom activities and learning support, supporting students with SEN in and out of the classroom.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Sports or a related field and a passion for working with children and young people. A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN in and out of the classroom.
  • Assist teachers with general classroom activities and learning support.
  • Inspire and engage students through sports and physical activities.
