About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to manage our psychological therapies service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our users.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced psychologist to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our mental health services. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to plan, facilitate, and evaluate service developments, as well as supervise and support staff in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our psychological therapies service
  • Supervise and support staff in their roles, promoting their professional development
  • Plan, facilitate, and evaluate service developments, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team
  • Work in community settings, inpatient, and prison environments, providing expert psychological therapy services to individuals with complex mental health needs

Salary Information

The salary for this position is £43,141 - £86,864 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and access to employee wellbeing initiatives.
