About the Role

The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in Residential Conveyancing, strong communication skills, and be proficient in case management systems and online systems like SDLT submissions. The ideal candidate will also have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and be proactive and enthusiastic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compiling contract papers and drafting AP1's and TR1's
  • Requesting searches and working with Fee Earners to drive growth
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a company pension scheme, employee discount, and opportunities for career progression.
