At the Office for Nuclear Regulation, we're seeking an exceptional HR People Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you'll play a vital role in supporting the entire organisation with expert advice and guidance.

As an HR People Services Manager, you'll be responsible for providing support to senior leaders, inspection teams, and corporate functions. You'll answer queries, advise on policy, and provide crucial management information to stakeholders. You'll also analyse HR data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve HR processes.

One of your key areas of focus will be ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations. You'll be our champion, ensuring that HR is fully compliant and up-to-date with the latest requirements.

Additionally, you'll work on strategic projects, providing support for casework and other initiatives. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation, articulating key messages and developing solutions to complex problems.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have CIPD membership (level 3 or above) and a strong understanding of organisational strategy. You'll also need to be comfortable dealing with casework, Microsoft Excel, and stakeholders at all levels.
