Do you have a passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs? We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our innovative Social Inclusion and Floating Support service in Blackburn with Darwen, Lancashire. This role involves delivering person-centred support, case work, and activity facilitation to people who require holistic assistance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver support services using the recovery model
  • Provide individualised support through one-to-one and group settings
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Promote social inclusion and community engagement
  • Support with housing-related needs and tenancy management
  • Assist with daily living skills development and independence
  • Contribute to general administration and housing management tasks
  • Liaise with community groups to provide activities and opportunities

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. Full training is provided, as well as the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days annual leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
