As an Operational Control Centre Coordinator at Serco, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and secure transportation of custodies across London, East, and West England. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling vehicles, working closely with crews and establishments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule vehicles to ensure safe and secure transportation of custodies
  • Monitor vehicles and respond to emergency alarms raised by crews
  • Work with multiple agencies to ensure safe and secure delivery of custodies
  • Adapt to unpredictable changes and deal with incidents or challenges that occur throughout the day
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with exceptional communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or scheduling
  • Computer literate with ability to quickly assimilate large volumes of data/information
