About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aspiring Probation Officer / Prison Officer - Education and Training in Dorking. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, excellent at building relationships, and able to communicate effectively. With no previous experience required, this is an ideal role for Criminology and Psychology Graduates looking to start their career in social justice.

Salary and Benefits:

You will receive a competitive salary of £77-£90 per day, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30, PAYE, term time only. Additionally, you will benefit from excellent on-site training, support, and CPD to ensure the safeguarding of all students.
