The Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to work with us as a Complex Needs Practitioner on a full-time, permanent basis (39 hours per week).

The successful candidate will have transferable skills and values, not necessarily experience in care. Our Learning and Development team will provide training and the opportunity to complete a fully funded SVQ.

This role requires confidence in using computers and a willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities
  • Providing 24/7 tailored support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, families, and professionals
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development

Salary Range

$25,000 - $35,000 per annum
