Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the early morning warehouse operation, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating the needs and efforts of the operation, and facilitating the smooth execution of procedures and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
  • Coordinate the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction is met
  • Facilitate the smooth execution of procedures and systems
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the operation is running efficiently
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or operations management role
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel
