### Role Overview

As a SEN Tutor with 1st Staff, you will be working with students who require additional support to overcome barriers in their learning. Our team is dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment that allows students to thrive.

### Key Responsibilities

* Deliver tuition sessions to students with SEN/SEMH needs
* Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual students' needs
* Build strong relationships with students and their families
* Collaborate with our team of specialists, including lead tutors, safeguarding leads, and curriculum leads
