Senior SHE Advisor

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Senior SHE Advisor to join our successful team based in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vital project, making a real difference in the Defence and Nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Contract Operational and Supply Chain Contractors in the delivery of Contract SHE requirements
  • Actively support the investigation of all unplanned events and ensure the close-out of assurance findings, sharing lessons learned in accordance with the SHE Management System
  • Support the timely reporting, analysis, and use of SHE data to support and influence the Contract Leadership Team
  • Champion sustainability in Safety, Health, and Environment by prioritizing personal safety, wellbeing, and contributing to the thriving of the environment and communities
  • Demonstrate integrity by consistently doing the right thing in the right way

This role requires a NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent and 2-3 years of SHE-related experience. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and retain security clearance to be considered for this position.
