About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join IC Resources as a Sales Account Manager. The role involves managing key accounts and nurturing new business prospects across various industries.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a high standard of customer experience and supporting growth targets through proactive sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and expertly guide clients through each stage, preparing quotes, contracts, and ensuring effective use of CRM tools.
- Respond to customer enquiries with accuracy and professionalism, providing tailored support and fostering strong client relationships.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in understanding product solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs, with contributions to process improvements and teamwork.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings, strengthening brand reach and engagement.
What We Offer:
