About the Job

This role involves delivering an effective and competent level of administration within the Gender Dysphoria National Referral Support Service. You will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data on data systems, together with associated correspondence, ensuring a flexible and adaptable approach to meet various deadlines and targets.

You will be part of a team that manages telephone calls and emails from patients, carers, and NHS professionals, working within set hours (09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday). The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with sensitive issues in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
