This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of regulatory and legislative developments at a UK level and internationally. The successful candidate will provide advice on registration, regulatory, and legislative issues, ensuring that the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) remains responsive and forward-thinking.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and management of regulatory policies and standards for pharmacy registration, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and organisational strategy.
- Handle complex registration casework, offering timely, clear advice on legal and policy issues related to the registration of international and UK-qualified professionals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the GPhC, using operational data and insights to inform policy decisions.
- Represent the GPhC in discussions and consultations, advocating for our policies and strategy in professional settings.
