Job Description

We are seeking a Youth Services Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working with children who have faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage a team of Residential Child Care Workers to provide high-quality care to our service users.">
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.">
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects to improve outcomes for our service users.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce, working towards or completed Level 5 in Leadership and Management.">
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting within the last five years.">
  • Strong focus on personal and professional development.">
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team.">
