About the Role:

  • Develop opportunities for 11-18 year olds to grow as whole life disciples.
  • Plan and program teaching, worship, and activities suitable for different age groups.
  • Collaborate with the Children's Minister and Vicar to develop a joint youth/children's strategy.
  • Communicate the vision and strategy to young people, youth teams, and the congregation.
  • Work together with the Children's Minister to facilitate smooth transitions from Year 6 to Year 7 and support the needs of all children and young people across the church.

You must understand the Christian faith and respect the beliefs of the church, actively supporting their ministry and vision.

Please note that you need to be eligible to work in the UK, and an enhanced DBS check and references will be required.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
