Job Summary

Carmel Medical Practice is seeking a skilled Compliance/Performance Administrator to support the Practice in its administrative and technical duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, audits, and health and safety within the Practice, working under the supervision of the Deputy Practice Manager/Practice Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Capitation and QOF management
  • Targets and formulary maintenance
  • Audit and data analysis
  • Workload and appointment analysis
  • Repeat prescription and birth/death analysis
  • Immunisations and enhanced services
  • IT troubleshooting and CQRS submissions
  • CQC and reporting
  • Data entry and scanning
  • Smartcard portal management and password management
  • Website management and PPA submissions
  • Health and safety compliance and auditing

About Us

Carmel Medical Practice is a purpose-built practice in the West End of Darlington, caring for almost 11,500 patients. Our team comprises of 4 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Clinical Pharmacist, 4 Practice Nurses, and 3 Healthcare Assistants. The Practice is run by the Practice Manager with the assistance of an excellent reception and administrative team.
