Outbound Sales Professional

Pertemps Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and contribute to the ongoing success of our company.
About the Role:We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven ability to drive business growth. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with our management team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expanding our client base and driving business growth.
- Maintain and improve our client relationships, ensuring accurate records on our CRM system.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of sales campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Significant experience in outbound sales/telesales
- A strong focus on delivering results and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enjoy a flexible working arrangement, with three days per week spent in our office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Participate in our wellbeing initiatives, including regular visits from our friendly office dog
- Benefit from free on-site parking and an electric car charging point
- Join us for regular social events and celebrations
- A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
