Job Overview
The FP&A Analyst role at Thermal is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality forecasts and providing timely information to support business decision-making.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
This role involves preparing and analyzing sales forecasts and budgets, as well as assisting in the timely preparation, consolidation, and presentation of annual budgets, forecasts, and 5-year plans. You will work closely with heads of departments to support sales forecasting and business direction, and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Assist in the timely preparation, consolidation, and presentation of annual budgets, forecasts, and 5-year plans.
  • Business partnering with heads of departments to support sales forecasting and business direction.
  • Long-term load and capacity forecasting.
  • Monitor and analyze WIP closure variances with the support of the Production Manager and CI.
  • Sales price monitoring.
  • Supporting the Commercial and Engineering departments by supplying costing data.
  • Support the business with ad-hoc analysis and report creation as needed.

Requirements:
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Experienced in ERP systems.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality results to tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills.
