Job Description

DC Content Manager

We're seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join our team at Legal & General Group. As a DC Content Manager, you will be responsible for planning and creating engaging content across various media channels to support our defined contribution business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  2. Create high-quality content in various formats, including social media, video, and podcasts, to educate and inform our clients about our defined contribution products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content creation and distribution.
  4. Manage and maintain our content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content publication.
  5. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
  6. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of our content strategy and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content creation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field.
  3. Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt to different tone and style guidelines.
  4. Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
