Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our client's successful team in the North West. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing all projects on site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in large-scale projects, with experience in managing trades and ensuring compliance with Building Control and COW regulations. A demonstrable track record of successful project delivery, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all projects on site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Liaise with Building Control and COW to obtain sign-offs within time restrictions
  • Manage and coordinate all trades to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and contractors

Requirements:

  • Strong background in large-scale projects, with experience in managing trades
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrable track record of successful project delivery
  • Health and safety qualifications, including First Aid
  • Gold Card certification
