Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at VanRath. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a high-profile project in Coleraine, Northern Ireland.
About the Role- Lead a team of site staff to deliver projects on time and to perfection
- Report directly to the senior management team, including contracts manager and project director
- Manage and motivate site teams to achieve project goals
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Coordinate labour and resources to meet project deadlines
- Negotiate contracts with direct and subcontract staff
- Liaise with engineers and understand site-level operations

Requirements- Ability to work under own initiative and self-motivated
