Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share across the North of the UK.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking to further build brand presence in the region.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and regional developments to the senior leadership team.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within AdTech, media, or digital advertising industries.
- Strong experience working with media agencies, with an established network of contacts outside of London.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and growing a sales team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Manchester, with the ability to travel within the region as required.
