- Proven track record of a managerial role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve their goals.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, with the ability to analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools, such as Paragon.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- A competitive salary ranging between £55,000 and £66,000 per annum.
