About the Role

Copper is a digital asset technology company dedicated to helping institutional investors safely acquire, trade, and store crypto assets. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to our senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing documentation, and facilitating logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide key support to CFO, Product, and Commercial executives, as well as other members of the executive committee.
  • Manage and coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and clients.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
