Are you a seasoned food service professional looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee the operational management and financial performance of a large, multi-kitchen prison unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing prisoner catering services and a staff coffee shop, as well as boosting customer service and sales through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, including prisoner catering and staff café services
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost customer service and sales
  • Handle daily paperwork, inventory, and reporting
