Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loan Agency Senior Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Agency Services team, you will be responsible for administering loans in an agent, participant, bilateral, and syndicated capacity, including associated payments and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities- Process daily drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, rate fixings, and all aspects of the loan processing area relating to your Agency portfolio.
- Claim and collect all fees and interest relating to the above products.
- Review and clear any account reconciliation breaks.
- Provide accurate and timely information, data, and reports.
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
- Review and approve peer group transaction entries into system-of-record.
- Review procedures on a regular basis.
- Provide accurate and timely information, data, and reports regarding the project status, activities, and performance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Loan Agency administration and documentation.
- Able to multitask, often under pressure, while maintaining high standards.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and attention to detail.
