We are Alter Domus, a leading provider of loan agency services. Our team administers loans in various capacities, including agent, participant, bilateral, and syndicated arrangements. We are committed to delivering exceptional results and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, and rate fixings for loan portfolios.
  • Claim and collect fees and interest related to loan products.
  • Review and clear account reconciliation breaks.
  • Provide accurate and timely information, data, and reports.
  • Offer excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Review and approve peer group transaction entries into the system of record.
  • Review procedures on a regular basis.
  • Provide accurate and timely information, data, and reports regarding project status, activities, and performance.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of loan agency administration and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask, often under pressure, while maintaining high standards.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
