Business Support Co-ordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Co-ordinator to join our team at CTSG. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various business functions, including HR, facilities, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day office support, including answering calls, managing mail, and greeting visitors
  • Organize travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Develop and maintain data, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage facilities and fleet operations, including ordering supplies and equipment
  • Support HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
  • Coordinate procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and office furniture
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
