Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of assets to ensure they meet customer needs
  • Acquire new assets through various means, including purchasing and leasing
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective use of assets
  • Monitor and report on asset performance and value


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asset management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of asset management principles and practices
