Job Title: Fleet Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Driver to join our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull, Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting vehicles from clients, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect vehicles from clients in a safe and timely manner
  • Find the most economical routes to each job allocation
  • Complete vehicle condition reports for each delivery
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service by being considerate and meeting all customer requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for communication
  • Drive vehicles within traffic laws and speeding limits with great care of each vehicle
  • Prepare company vehicles when required
  • Identify any issues with a fleet vehicle and report damage to the fleet team

Requirements:

  • Must be flexible to work overtime and additional hours during busy periods
  • Comfortable using a mobile phone to communicate while on the road
  • Based in Birmingham, with potential travel across the UK
