About the Role:
As a Lead Dental Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Dental Nurses and supporting the Practice Manager in ensuring the efficient running of the practice.
- Managing the training and development of Trainee/Apprentice Dental Nurses, providing guidance and support as they progress in their careers.
- Assisting in the recruitment and compliance duties, ensuring that our practice meets the highest standards of patient care and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with the dentists to deliver high-quality patient care, driving surgery efficiency, and contributing to the practice's performance goals.
- Embracing ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest GDC and regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of excellence within the practice.
