Dental Nurse Leader

Bupa Dental Care is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team in Marylebone, London. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the dental nursing team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current GDC registration and DBS check.
- Professional indemnity covered by Bupa Dental Care.
- Experience in leading dental nursing teams and developing nursing protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
