We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a key member of our dental nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of dental nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of the dental nursing team.
- Support the practice manager in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Manage the training and development of trainee and apprentice dental nurses, providing mentorship and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new dental nurses, ensuring that the team is equipped to provide the highest level of patient care.
- Contribute to the development of practice policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Proven experience as a dental nurse, with a strong understanding of private and NHS dentistry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of GDC and other regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of patient care.
