Lead Dental Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a key member of our dental nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of dental nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Recruit and train new dental nurses, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent care.
  • Assist the practice manager in ensuring the smooth running of the dental nursing team.
  • Manage the training and development of trainee and apprentice dental nurses.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with GDC and regulatory requirements.
