About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team and help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Managing kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • Catering for special events and seasonal activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home or healthcare setting
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of menu planning and food safety
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
