Job Summary:

Fairmont St. Andrews, a 5-star luxury hotel and resort in Scotland, seeks a skilled Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our 213-bedroom property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily cleaning of rooms, adhering to our service standards and time frames.
  • Respecting guests' privacy and handling their belongings with care.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Engaging with guests to create a memorable stay experience.
  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Enthusiasm to develop skills and knowledge.
