About the Role

Our Housekeeping Team has new opportunities for Room Attendants to join us, as we embark on an exciting and busy high season. Reporting into our Housekeeping Manager, you'll ensure our suites and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, creating a magical stay for our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

Review assignment sheets for any VIPs or special requests.

Ensure all suites are cleaned and presented to the highest standard.

Comply with all 5-star standards.

Follow instructions and daily schedules from the Housekeeping Manager, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Have a full knowledge of our Fire and Safety procedures.

Provide exceptional service to all guests.

Be fully knowledgeable of personal procedures and their role as it relates to hotel policies and procedures.

About You

You'll be an enthusiastic, organized, and hard-working individual who can follow instructions to work independently but can also work well as part of a team. You'll also be a confident communicator who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service. Although recent relevant working experience is preferred, we offer full training for this role.

What We Offer

A casual opportunity with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week. This role will include an element of weekend working, and our shift pattern will be discussed during the interview. A competitive hourly rate is offered, depending on your experience, and a vast range of associate benefits.
