Job Title: Office Management Professional

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill this key role as an Office Management Professional. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Compliance and be proactive in taking on diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise closely with external Compliance function to monitor compliance procedures and conduct monthly attestations.
  2. Maintain ongoing communication with the underwriter for Lloyd's Binder Administration.
  3. Oversee IT systems, including BACS, LAN, and the company's administration database with the IT provider.
  4. Serve as the liaison between policyholders, brokers, and underwriters for Claims Administration.
  5. Manage training, appraisals, and various HR policies within Human Resources.
  6. Oversee annual customer mailings and coordinate with printers for Customer Communication.
  7. Oversee day-to-day office operations and staff management within General Office Management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in compliance, administration, and operations at a management level.
  • A desirable background within FCA and/or highly regulated environments is beneficial.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (or similar software) and data analysis are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are required.
  • A deep understanding of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly principles is necessary.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience are expected.

Additional Information:
  • This role is office-based, located in Cranleigh.
  • A competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum (pro rata), higher for candidates with strong FCA/Compliance background.
  • Free company parking is provided.
  • A good pension scheme and company benefits are offered.
  • Working hours are 9am - 5pm, with flexibility to choose 4 days per week – Mon – Thurs or Tues - Fri.
