The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, reflecting their experience and skills in administration and customer service.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to coordinate the development and related activities, making a positive difference to the lives of our Home Owners and providing a hassle-free retirement living lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the property, ensuring it meets the high standards expected by our Home Owners.
  • Providing a first-class service to our valued customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in administration and customer service, preferably in a similar environment.
  • A passion for excellent customer service and a love of working with people.
  • Computer literacy, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work independently, use your own initiative, and make sound decisions.
