Procurement Role Overview

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and processing purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement team in sourcing and procuring goods and services.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Update and maintain the internal database to ensure seamless procurement operations.

Requirements

  • A strong administrator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Confident using Excel and other systems.
  • Previous buying/procurement experience is a significant advantage.
  • Experience using an ERP system would be a significant advantage.
