Senior Digital Performance Manager

Job Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at DP World as a Senior Digital Performance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing channels to drive direct business and increase competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive quality traffic to poferries.com and support business growth.
- Manage and analyze digital performance across all channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with interdepartmental teams to align digital activity and ensure best practice.
- Work closely with agency partners to deliver digital activity within agreed ROAS, CPA, and CPO targets.
- Develop and grow a team of two marketing executives to ensure all promotional activity is aligned to business requirements.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years' experience in paid digital marketing, specifically in PPC/SEO, display, and social media.
- Experience using Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, and other ad platforms.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making and ability to build recommendations to aid digital performance.
- Strong people management skills and experience in leading teams.
