We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at Humankind Global Recruitment.

About the Job

In this role, you will work closely with our client to embed their compensation approach, focusing on salary benchmarking, reward audits, and job catalogue management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out salary benchmarking for new roles, promotions, internal transfers, and out-of-cycle increases.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for reward-related inquiries.
  • Conduct compensation audits.
  • Assist with the job catalogue, including salary survey submissions, training, and presentation.
  • Produce compensation reports, highlighting recognition, promotions, and increase statistics.
  • Support various reward activities and initiatives, such as benefits reviews, process reviews, pay frameworks, and pay analysis.

Reporting and Data Management:

  • Collaborate on monthly reporting efforts, encompassing headcount, compensation analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Work with HRIS and reporting tools to extract, analyze, and present data for management reviews and decision-making.
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data across all HR platforms.
