Job Role: Chef De Partie - Maternity Cover - 12 Month Contract

Location: Bristol, BS32 4RZ

Salary: £14 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours, weekends off

Houston & Hawkes is seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our prestigious contract catering site in Bristol.

Chef De Partie Duties:

  • Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in maintaining the company's reputation for food quality
  • Follow directions provided by the Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Contribute to menu development and planning, including future food trends and new service concepts
  • Monitor portion and waste control
  • Ensure kitchen safety and sanitation
  • Stocktake and order supplies for your station
  • Improve food preparation methods based on feedback
  • Assist in other kitchen areas when required
