About the Role

As a key member of our Facilities Maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our projects. This includes dealing with subcontractors, preparing valuations, and ensuring timely payments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in commercial, fit-out, retail, data centres, and facilities management.

  • Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Dealing with tender stage subcontract and material enquiries
  • Assisting with subcontract procurement, agreement, payment, and award
  • Preparing valuations agreeing amounts for payment and ensuring invoices are prepared and issued
  • Re-measuring work using site measurement and measurement from drawings
  • Informing sub-contractors of contract variations
  • Dealing with contractual issues from a commercial perspective

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), and healthcare benefits.
