Job Purpose
You will oversee the indirect procurement process for Manufacturing and Facility Management categories, ensuring competitive pricing, right service, and quality levels with the best terms and conditions in line with company policies, rules, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, support, and facilitate the acquisition of NPR (Non-Product Related) goods and services.
- Support the achievement of global, regional, and local NPR procurement goals.
- Create and maintain relevant data for seamless execution of the NPR buying process.
- Perform spend analysis to identify and drive opportunities for procurement improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand potential challenges and business requirements to be addressed.
- Coach and train users on the tools, policies, and procedures covering the NPR purchase process.
- Ensure that all commercial contracts are executed in compliance with company policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Supply Chain, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a hands-on country purchasing role with an international understanding, ideally in a large-scale organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
