Job Title: Apprentice IT Field Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Field Engineer to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment Plc. As an IT Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Repair and replace damaged computer and network components
  • Support clients with challenges related to computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, and network devices
  • Work with cloud solutions, SharePoint, installing routers, cybersecurity, and telephony
  • Perform proactive operational monitoring checks daily
  • Work late and weekends as needed
  • Continuously improve services and processes
  • Travel to client sites as required

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in MSP
  • Meticulous and driven problem solver
  • Can-do attitude
  • Strong technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
