Job Title: Senior CRM Specialist

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, competitor analysis, content creation, social media management, email marketing, paid advertising, and analytics and reporting.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote pharmacovigilance cloud software solutions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of the market.
  • Create engaging content to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales.
  • Optimize paid advertising to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, social media management, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of the Pharmacovigilance area and previous experience with PV software.
